
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our yoga classes operate on a term-based system, aligned with the school term. Each term typically runs for 8 to 11 weeks. Your booking reserves a place in the same class each week.
​Make-Up Classes

If you notify us in advance that you cannot attend a scheduled class, you may arrange a make-up class within the same term, subject to availability.

Please email us to schedule a make-up class.

No make-up classes or refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Extended Absences & Credits

If you are taking an extended holiday, you may request a reduced-term booking (pro-rated for the weeks you can attend). This option is available once per calendar year per student.

If you experience illness or injury that prevents attendance for multiple classes, please notify us as soon as possible. In this case, we may offer a class credit towards the next term.
Term Renewal

Towards the end of each term, we will email you with the new term details.

Your booking will automatically roll over unless you inform us that you do not wish to continue or wish to change classes.
Discounts

A 10% discount is applied when two members of the same household attend classes.

A reduced rate is available for students who wish to attend two classes per week. Please enquire for more details.
Class Etiquette & FAQs
Studio & Equipment Use:

Mats and props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Please arrive between 2 and 15 minutes before the class start time.

Shoes must be removed upon entering the studio and stored in the designated areas.

Personal belongings, including phones, should be placed in storage blocks, with phones turned off or set to silent.

Please avoid walking on or standing on any mat other than your own or the one you are borrowing.

If using a studio mat, please clean it after class using the provided sprays and cloths.

Kindly return any props used to their designated places after class.
Practice & Modifications:

All movements, postures, and sequences are optional.

Students are encouraged to modify or opt out of any practice as needed.

Please inform your teacher of any injuries, pain, or conditions that may affect your practice so we can provide appropriate modifications.
